About me
Well-Life Strategist · Founder of Mit.Nat Wellness™
I help high-capacity humans build a well-life that feels profoundly livable.
My philosophy is simple: You don’t need a perfect life — you need a rhythm that supports the real you, moving toward what matters. Real life isn’t the enemy of progress; it’s the environment your goals have to live in.
After 15 years designing complex strategies for governments and organisations, I realised the hardest system to design is your own life.
That’s where the A³ Method was born — a clear, simple rhythm that lets you turn clarity into small, real, doable steps you can repeat… until your well-life starts feeling like yours again.
Life isn’t about doing more, achieving more, or becoming more.
It’s about living — in a way that actually fits you.
Most high-capacity people don’t stall because they’re incapable. They stall because they try to apply performance logic to well-life challenges — problems that require embodiment, slowness, self-awareness, and micro-adaptation.
Mit.Nat Wellness™ is built on a different assumption: You still want to move forward — even on the days you don’t feel like it.
That’s why I built the A³ Well-Life Method™: focussed on one simple skill that sits beneath all sustainable change — the ability to keep moving, in rhythm with your real life.
INFORMATION THAT CLARIFIES | TOOLS THAT SIMPLIFY | SUPPORT THAT ORIENTS
Before founding Mit.Nat Wellness™, I spent over 15 years designing strategy, policy, and programs that shaped how real people live, work, and make decisions.
My professional focus was always the same: to take something complex, see the underlying pattern, and turn it into something people could actually use — without overwhelming them.
My work sits at the intersection of:
simple-over-complex systems strategy
designing environments where the right action feels obvious
human-centred program design
decision support for people navigating complexity
While I was doing that professionally, I was also doing the same thing personally. I rebuilt my own life from the inside out — through three major depressions, burnout, and a complete identity reset.
I learned firsthand that the smallest aligned actions create the biggest stability.
That experience came long before my later qualifications in Wellness and Life Coaching.
Whether I was supporting leaders through high-stakes outcomes or finding my footing again in my own life, the work was always the same: Take something overwhelming — and make it doable.
That’s always been my natural skill: I see the logic beneath the chaos. I see patterns quickly.
And I can translate them into simple, humane systems people can actually live inside.
The A³ Method draws on the same disciplines I used professionally — behavioural science, human-centred design, program strategy, and systems thinking — through the well-life lens.
The A³ Well-Life Method applies strategic program-design principles to your real life — giving you a simple method to build your well-life rhythm you can rely on on your best day, your average day, and your worst day.
Simple in theory. Powerful in practice.
A version of you who can:
understand yourself well enough to choose wisely
take action quickly, adjust without judgement, and keep moving toward what matters
stop relying on inspiration or perfect conditions
end the day calm, capable, and proud — because you moved toward your goal, no matter what kind of day it was
That’s an elevated well-life.
Not perfect — just yours.
This isn’t for people starting from scratch. It’s for high-capacity humans who already know the basics of self-knowledge, purpose, and wellbeing.
You’re not lost — and you’re not uninformed. But you are applying achievement logic to a part of life that requires something different: a well-life rhythm you can actually live inside.
You don’t need more effort. You don’t need another plan.
You need a clear way to apply what you already know, consistently, in a way that fits your real-day self.
That's what the A³ Well-Life Method gives you.
“This makes you feel like you are actually allowed to live life in a way that suits you best, not some idea.”
